Beginner 101 is a mix of instruction, practice and fun. Class is 60 minutes. The first 30 minutes are more athletic. The next 20 minutes are designed to use the heat built in the first half of class to increase the range of motion and teach specific techniques. The last 10 minutes is the most important part of class. We use this time to totally relax the body and mind. You should leave feeling totally refreshed.
